What is "The Cloud"?
In a nutshell, it's just other peoples computers.

There, I said it. "The Cloud" is just other peoples computers. It is not some mysterious place filled with magic - it's just other peoples computers. You pay them for their processing power, their storage, their backups, and their electricity. You're also paying to have them keep the systems safe, secure, and up to date.

There are many benefits to cloud computing. Most of them aren't always realized until you get into medium and larger sized businesses. But, even the small business owner can benefit from leveraging certain aspects of cloud offerings.

Helping you find what works best for your business is my job. I evaluate everything your business does, find out what your needs are, and recommend the best strategy for leveraging the cloud.

Sometimes the answer is 'nothing'.

I then set up that solution and teach you how to best use it.

It comes down to your individual business needs. I'm not a reseller, and since I am not tied to nor affiliated with any cloud vendors, such as AWS, Google, or Azure; I really have no reason to push you to the cloud - unless there is a specific benefit for your business.

My only job is to make sure your small to mid sized business functions at it's most efficient and in the most secure way possible.
