This is what most small to medium sized business need. You are a small or medium sized business, you don't always have the budget to hire a full-time IT staff to keep your computers running and up to date.

Having a support staff you can call when you need them is where I can help. You only have to pay for the time and materials when you need them. There is no retainer - and I only bill for the time I spend diagnosing your problem and coming to a solution.

I can also help your business keep everything up to date with a turnkey support solution that is scheduled on a regular basis; or I can simply be a number you can call when something goes wrong and you need support.

Some support calls can be solved through a simple Zoom or WebEx meeting where I walk you through solving your problems through a remote session. Some problems may require on-site visits.

Either way, it's my job to solve those problems and let you focus on your business.
